FAQ
Q. Why is your price so low? Is the service still good?
A. We are able to offer this great rate because we have automated service processes that allows our technicians to work on several machines at the same
time, which is only possible by having your PC's in our shop. We can run scans on several machines at the time while doing diagnostics on others. The quality of
service is taken seriously and with our 100% satisfaction guarantee you can be sure your computer will be serviced properly.
Q. What stations you are currently servicing?
A. Currently our services are offered in Dorsey and Halethorpe stations, but we are working on and will be adding more locations soon.
Q. How long does it take to fix my computer?
A. Normally, you should get you system back the same day, but in special cases such as where we may need to order parts, or completely rebuild your system
it may take longer. But in such cases we will contact you and coordinate our actions.
Q. What happens if I cannot make on time to pickup my computer?
A. You can request to bring your system to next regularly scheduled pickup or drop-off at no cost or we can deliver it to you location within 20 miles of
Columbia, MD. If you request a delivery, a fee of $30 will apply.
Q. I was told that my system was so badly damaged that it cannot be fixed. Will you still take it for service?
A. Yes, in fact there is no system that we cannot restore but we may have to order and replace parts and/or software and which on some older model
computers might not be financially effective.
Q. Do you stock parts?
A. Generally no, but we have some such as certain types of memory, hard drives, power supplies and cables. But we have contracts with many major computer
manufacturers and will order parts that meet your system specifications.
Q. Will your service affect warranty of my system?
A. No, we are familiar with all major computer manufacturers' requirements and we do not open the case of your computer unless there is specific need to
do so. However it is important for us know if your commuter is still under warranty, we can resolve the issue by contacting manufacturer directly. We would get
the needed parts, and would ship the old ones back without you having to hassle at all.
